Katrina earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Emory University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Emory School of Medicine. Leveraging principles personality theory, behavioral economics and neuroscience, she facilitates professional growth in diverse professional settings including for-profit and non-profit organizations, federal agencies, academic institutions and start-up ventures.
Katrina serves an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology at Emory University, on faculty with the Emory Executive Education Program, and as a coach the the Goizueta Executive MBA program. She has lectured in the Departments of Psychology, Psychiatry and Economics. She previously spent nine years as faculty in the School of Medicine. Her current involvement in Goizueta allows her to stay close to her academic roots and work with amazing young professionals as they balance promising careers while thriving in a world-class MBA program.
Katrina is certified in the Hogan and Birkman instruments, two powerful sets of research-based tools that help leaders gain insights into their own behaviors and those of their teams.
